We bought 1 1/2 years ago, before we moved into Manhattan full time. We have been TOTALLY dissatisfied. RCI is a waste, MC is a sham. Is there a class action? We would join one, MC complete rip-off. Looking to sell, will take a loss, but don't want annual fee. Have found only rip-off artists out there who want fee up-front, won't bite that apple...
