I just got a letter from the Attorney General's office in GA re: VSM. They have filed for an administrative dissolution so the AG's office can't do anything. VSM will not refund any monies so don't bother trying. You can file a claim at VSM 137-C Golden Eye Dr., Daytona Beach, FL 32110 but don't hold your breath.
