My wife called yesterday to verify our scheduled two days, and when trying to book our last two days, she was told that nothing was available. She wanted to shift them to next year and was told they don't do that. The representative also reminded my wife that our fees had not been paid. The fees, due in January of 2011, are sent out way too early and I'm not quite sure why. But if you don't pay them early, you can't do any booking. The lady said "with over 15,000 members, it is difficult to book people for the days requested. This is an incredible situation. I am so frustrated because it seems there is nothing anybody can do. I, too, would love to run into my salesperson. Any suggestions??????
