Has anyone sold a timeshare week through this company? I've talked to a rep., and it sounds too good to be true. They require an upfront fee of $795.00, but the fee covers legal and closing fees of a sale when it happens, and the rep quoted sales prices much higher than I've seen on other sites.

Any information on this company will be appreciated.
