I just called to rescedule a date in Oct and was offered Several dates at the end of August and a couple in Sept- we were unable tyo usse those and are still trying to rescedule our Oct night. In 2008 we were never able to get our 3 nights in and I just insisted on getting my nights and asking for higher up supervisors until I got some one to agree to give me my three nights in January, we used one the first week and two the last week of the month and also booked our 2009 nights at that time -(around Sept) and were able to get in for Easter week . Just be persistent- Occupancy is low in JAnuary and they should accommodate you.
