I know you both wanted out, but did the person you are giving it to understand all the issues with the Manhattan Club, and being able to be accomodated. We will not try to sell to anyone, after everything we have been through, I would hate having anyone have to go through the same thing and as others here have been having to do, and we are new, just signing in August. Getting out of it one way or another with the help of a Real estate attorney for all the deception.
