Yes, he rented from us through redweek and also, from others on numerous occasions. He knows there are many for rent and for sale. I've sent him the more recent budget reports from the MC and he is able to read as much as he likes on line, so I don't feel we've been deceptive or dishonest. He likes staying at the MC, really likes the location and goes to NY yearly, at least, so he sees it as worth the maintenance fees, in order to stay where he is comfortable and familiar with midtown. Also, it's just even years, so he likes paying fees just every other year. Thanks for your concern "for the other guy".
