I have a points program at the Manhatttan Club. My wife and I bought a points program baased on the information in the presentation at the Manhattan club that we had some preferentialor advantage treatment from them when booking rooms in NYC. That sales pitch is so far from the truth its not funny. Unfortunately, what I signed is an RCI points contract with no preferential treatment at all.

They should not be scamming people at these presentations. If I had known that the "deed" is worthless from a preferential standpoint, I would not have signed it. What recourse to I have?
