Outside of state Attorneys General, there is NO "group" existing on Planet Earth which is going to "recover" such money for you. If you have a legitimate case, contact the state Attorney General of the state in which the timeshare is located. Any other approach is a waste of your time, effort (...and probably some more of your money too).
