Our first timeshare purchases were for Pueblo Bonito Los Cabo and after a few years of uncontrolled maintenance fees we decided to sell. Century 21 took our $$ and then we later found Redweek. We rented a few times and deposited in RCI too. We sold both on Redweek when the large 2 BD and Penthouse did not suit our grown up family that wanted their own space or to not travel with us. We later bought a Sheraton and Westin and they both have great trading power and we have rented them both at a profit. This last year has been a bit slim though. We have a 2BD Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (odd year) we use personally.
We have listed our son's Escondido property too and had hits but it was late to the marketplace. We haven't given up hope on it.
Redweek is great. And my sister even bought a studio at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in odd years to compliment our week and got a great deal. I wished we had gotten it after market too.
