I have a timeshare in Atlantic City, NJ Fantasy Resorts. We don't get to use anymore and would like to sell it.

Meantime we put in to use our week for an exchange and got Marriots Grand Ocean REsort in Hilton Head. I got a call from them today telling me we will not have an ocean view, we will be on the interior side. What can I do? Never been there before and would like to enjoy a nice ocean view on our anniversary. All the money spent with owning a timeshare and you still cannot get what you ask for. I was told owners do not exchange their ocean front timeshare in hilton head, south carolina.
