If I post my timeshare for sale, which has a recripocal agreement with a much better and more popular located resort, can I post it for sale on the nicer resort, or just the actual deeded one?
You would be well advised to adverise as for sale ONLY that which is overtly described within your deed. You may choose to mention the current "reciprocity arrangements" in the descriptive body of your ad, but DO NOT misrepresent what you actually OWN. You DON'T own the "reciprocity agreement", or any of its' current terms.
Remember, the next owner will get a deed very much like yours, just with new grantor / grantee names. If some temporary "outside arrangement" is not already reflected in your current deed, then it is NOT a permanent part of your ownership anyhow (and it certainly won't just magically "appear" in the next owner's deed either).
