I have had my timeshare with Club Land'or for 12 1/2 years. We have been hit with all types of fees as well as the yearly maintenance fees continues to go up. I have lost money trying to get out of the contract. I had a lawyer review the contract and was told there was no way to get out of it. I can't even donate the timeshare. I'm told the company is too difficult to work with. Can we all get together and somehow band together and get out of this. I am due to retire in a few more years and I know I won't be able to afford this timeshare then. Also, I do not want my children to bear this burden. There must be something we can do as a group.
