I agree.This is a way to control every aspect of that particular property. I am aware of owners like this that actually have a clause that a hand-picked board (by developer) shall be in control for the next 70 years!!!! I do believe that there is a way to attend the HOA meetings and vote but I'm not sure how. If there is anyone that knows how, please let us know.
