I believe the Club is on the verge of bankruptcy and I wish they would hurry up. They were stupid not to sell to Atlantis and they invested all of our "rent" money in money losers. Now they invent new ideas for soaking the renters (us). I beat them legally when they tried the "special assessment", but now if looks like court time again for their latest invention. Luckily, I passed the VA bar. Anyone interested in a class action?
