I stay on this site just to read all the comments, but so far we are all in the same boat. These people didn't write their contract in a last minute thought, they knew what they were doing. The people who are paying out money for lawyers, good luck, your not getting out of this deal. We stop paying for about two months, they called our family members (out of state) and told them what they wanted, how embarrassing. So we just paid the dues and hope one day this nightmare will be over with. I wish everyone good luck, but save your money on the lawyer, a contract is a contract.... we are all stuck!! Oh yes I did get my new maint. bill, this makes me sick to my stomach every time I pay these people. My husband said he can't wait to go back, he's going to wipe his ass with their towels.... lol
