One more time .... it says on their website below in " " .... they make no mention of a large upfront fee being required to list your timeshare for rent/sale and they make no mention that not all timeshares can be rented or sold .... it depends on the supply and demand of the resort and time owned. Just look at the millions of timeshares that can't be rented/sold but ECM keeps your upfront fee if it's not rented/sold .... they're a scam like all other upfront fee parasites .... I SMELL several ECM company shills posting here .... they can be spotted a mile away.
