I'm also proof of ECM working for me, I decided after my husband died to try and get rid of all my extra expenses and my timeshare was one. My husband had convinced me one year to purchase one so that we can take a yearly trip to Mexico after we visited one year. After about a year paying the maintenance and taxes I was fed up, so I decided to try and sell it. After much research I found ECM and got rid of it in six months time.
