I received a call from ECM for the simple reason i owned a timeshare. I listed 2 of my properties with ECM and paid $799. I know that the marketing fee varies based on how much you list. I paid the marketing fee upfront before receiving a contract for the sole fact it was going to be listed as soon as i signed up. I decided to give my credit card number and they do a verification line for my own security. ECM works as a timeshare (for sale or rent) by owner such as the familiar "for sale by owner" for your home. When i got an offer from the renter personally, we negotiated a price between the two of us, i also informed ECM to make sure they did a pre-screening on the renter and they also helped me through the entire renting process because I myself didnt know exactly what the next steps were.
