I do only deal with him now. When you list your property, you can leave it on their website for as long as you need. You just have to keep in contact with customer service to do so. And the upfront fee was only a one time thing anyways. Its not like they continually charged me for every rental. Out of everything I remember about there company, the thing that most sticks in my mind is the phrase "one-time NON-reoccurring fee".
