It's a LLC or a Trust set up to take timeshares then abandon them leaving other owners responsible for taking up the slack via higher maintenance fees. Also, many of these socalled LLC's never bother to transfer ownership and the orginal owner will be billed for past due maintenance fees and future maintenance fees. These socalled charities, LLCs and Trust scams are popping up everywhere.
