After 5 years of attempting a 3 bedroom at branson, I had a visit with another insurance salesman who was about to retire and sold surrey to him for $500.. the new owner woujld pay the maintence fee of $848. His son also was excited about the inter. int. membership that comes with the purcdhase of this timeshare and was looking forward to the special prices on a cruise. I must have had at least 4 to 5 phone calls per week the last six months asking if I wanted to sell this unit. Of course, they are wanted money up front. a different slant was a realator, (he said hewas) advised they do not want money up front, but $1,900 for closing costs. I advised him that a transfer agent in Branson charges only $450 for complete closing costs. The realtor would not leave his name or a phone number. so be careful for this scam. if you are lucky, would attempt to find someone about to retire and are looking forward to traveling.
