The first rule is never pay anyone any money upfront to take your timeshare. They will take your money and still not transfer the title out of your name. The only thing that will be gone is your money. First try calling the timeshare and see if they will take it back on a deedback. You could list it at the bargain basement price at this site and others. I would never trust anyone claiming to take the timeshare for a fee. There are scammers out there preying on people desperate to rid themselves of never ending mainteance fees.
