Never, ever pay any entity an upfront fee to list your timeshare for sell or rent .... all they want is that fee. Hilton has a good reputation .... if you price it right you can just as well sell it yourself here on Redweek, however you'll never get in return on the resale market what you paid a developer .... you have to price it competitively in this economy.
