wOW, AFTER 14 years of timeshare ownership, sold one last year for $250, and a 3 bedroom this year for $750. both advertised on Red Week, The 3 bedroom, I paid $15,500 12 years ago, and sold it for $750. I will not have to pay the $875 maint. fee for next year. that is the good news, after all of this time, The sales team of Timeshare Concepts was very good, (had been in the hosp;ital for 8 weeks for a hip problem and I fell for the up front fee of $750.) I contacted the BBB and they were very good in my complaint with TC. However, even when they were downgraded for a A rating to a B rating, the manager did not want to refund my $750 in order to keep their A. rating. . the contract reads that TC has 18 months to sell it. I doubt if I would receive any money back Nov. 1, 2013.
