Thanks for responding. I will use my unit for for week 48, starting November 30th. This year they are asking for the maintenance fee three months in advance. It seems years ago the fee was due 30 days in advance and recently 60 days. Was a little surprised to get the invoice in the mail today. Sounds like this is the norm these days.
