Our party that initiated the Class Action which started a couple of years is composed of real people who were victimized by those Belaire Golf & Spa Resort people led by Antonio Copella. Refer to my message on top of this page (my message to danielac18).

We do not know the group that danielac18 is forming or have formed. As I mentioned in my message at the top of this page, we started our motion by initiating a Petition which led into a Class Action. Our lawyer, Mr. Rodrigo Cruz Perez has an office in Nuevo Vallarta by the Paradise Village Mall. If you wish to inquire further as to how to join our Group as well as the status of the Class Action you may send Mr. Cruz Perez a message in his email.

In regards to your question about the arrest of those Belaire people, myself personally have no info about that happening and how true it is. Our main focus is the lawsuit (Class Action) submitted by our lawyer.
