You do not have to accept it if you do not want to! If you have already accepted it, well then you are stuck with it. If you have not, I would advise the estate's executor to seek legal help or advice as to what to do with the unit.

Another possibility is for the executor to contact the resort, mention that the owner has died, and that none of her children want it. The resort might take the unit back.
