Dennis, I am happy with the fact that you were able to make your desired reservation 9 months ahead. Obviously, I am not familiar with your contract. My 2007 OP states that I can make reservations any time WITHIN 9 months. If there were any MC amendments on the reservation rules, I did not get them. That means the MC failed to perform it's obligations in regards to my contract.
Chris: I am surprised you did not follow up with Irene Smalls' posts when she was trying to get the TMC owner's list. The group was created to identify the TMC owner's email addresses. It was not successful due to the very special the MC policy when the owner's address at the public records was provided as "200 west 56-st street, Manhattan, NY". Which is another MC BS because, obviously, the owners do not reside there, spending not more than week a year at the so called resort.
BTW, big companies like RCI, BlueGreen, etc have been posted with the real addresses and phone numbers at the public records.
