Owner information is public record and available from the taxing authority. It may take someone going there and looking the info up. Years ago, I googled myself, something that I do on a somewhat regular basis, and the first thing to come up was my Manhattan Club deed. Everyone talks about how their Manhattan Club property is worth nothing. Maybe it is devalued at the moment, but that is a somewhat temporary thing during this investigation. Don't forget, we OWN and have deeds for this property. That means if Eichner and company is found guilty, yes, the property may be sold, but only Eichner's holdings. We are all still owners and deed holders. As long as we all present a united front and don't give away the property, any new owner would have to buy each of us out individually, and if we demand market value, that's what we will probably get. This is just like the stock market. The only guaranteed loser is the one that sells when the market is down.
