Apparently Royal Holiday wants these posts to stop and they want the people complaining to contact them privately. I would advise them to contact Royal Holiday and demand that they resolve their problem in their favor or the posts continue. Obviously these posts are hurting their bottom line and preventing others from being ripped off. Stand your ground and demand that they make things right for you.
