Could you please provide the relevant email addresses? I'm new to the forum and don't have them handy. Thanks! K

the thrust here is that sal reale does not want to put his negative response to my request for a list of owners IN WRITING, eg, an email. we are working with very devious, crafty and brilliant (in a negative way) business people: THE TMCNY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
fellow TMCNY owners and members of this forum: it's imperative to keep up the pressure on this group of TMCNY board people who have wronged us financially and otherwise, and continue to do so via the exorbitant maintenance fees and difficulties in getting desired reservation time. THERE'S STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. we need some way to unite with members of other similar forums (redweek.com), like yahoo.com and others. another point is to have one or more of us shareowners who are attorneys or have similar backgrounds and knowledge come forward and offer us, hopefully, pro bono assistance when the time is right.
stay well and keep in touch.

Years ago, I googled myself, something that I do on a somewhat regular basis, and the first thing to come up was my Manhattan Club deed. Everyone talks about how their Manhattan Club property is worth nothing. Maybe it is devalued at the moment, but that is a somewhat temporary thing during this investigation. Don't forget, we OWN and have deeds for this property. That means if Eichner and company is found guilty, yes, the property may be sold, but only Eichner's holdings. We are all still owners and deed holders. As long as we all present a united front and don't give away the property, any new owner would have to buy each of us out individually, and if we demand market value, that's what we will probably get. This is just like the stock market. The only guaranteed loser is the one that sells when the market is down. You are wise. Hang on and do the best you can. So many keep complaining about how they are victims to us, the other victims. I wish they thought like you.
