The Orlando Sentinel today reported the arrest of Marcos Tavarez and his company SEC Management LLC for defrauding timeshare owners. He targeted timeshare owners to broker false sales and charged upfront fees. Anyone who was victimized by him or his company contact the Florida Attorney Generals office to file a complaint.
