hey irene,

good to hear from you!

" Freedom of Information request" ........................... VERY CONSTRUCTIVE SUGGESTION.

hopefully you will briefly describe in THIS FORUM, how to go about doing this so that other MC shareholders could also request this (on the assumption that the greater number of requests, the LOUDER it will appear to those involved in forwarding information to ALL OF US WRONGFULLY AFFECTED BY THIS FRAUDULENT SCHEME. i feel like: "where do we currently stand.........where do we go from here???" NOBODY SEEMS TO HAVE ANY DEFINITIVE ANSWERS ABOUT ANYTHING.

keep in touch,

Chris,

I filed a Freedom of Information request years ago to get more information about the Manhattan Club when I started writing letters about the TMC scam. The AG's office takes Freedom of Information requests very seriously. It does not bode well when only the lawyers from the two sides are talking and no one is talking to us the affected parties. We as TMC owners need to file Freedom of Information requests frequently when and if necessary. You do not have to be a lawyer to file a Freedom of Information Request.
