Follow-up on 25% property tax reduction for real property owners in New York. You have to be a full time New York State Residents to qualify. Also, contact the New York State Dept. of Taxation and Revenue to make sure timeshares are included. Timeshares are considered real property in New York but there may be an exemption somewhere not noted on the main site.
