Re: Anyone have experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by Anonymous S.):

I'm so sorry this happened to you, I am a former employee and I discourage anyone from using Castle Law group of any other company owned by Kevin Eighmy or Sean Austin. I only worked there a few weeks but was glad to leave after witnessing and questioning their practices. Make no mistakes, as an advocate I was first and foremost taught to take your money. I learned a lot from Jeff. He was skilled at convincing people to pay thousands of dollars for our services. The first thing we were taught is to gage how much you could afford. I saw some customers playing thousands and thousands of dollars for a service that they could have easily done themselves. The sad part was getting phone calls from people that were calling after months - believe me, we were also lied to. We had to beg lied to in order to believe in our service. If you had an issue Sean and Kevin always had some sort of explanation. It's sad to see that now they're calling the BBB a scam because back then they coveted the BBB. The BBB was our biggest selling point - Jeff knows this. When I heard Sean was going to abandon the clients that I signed up I was devastated. I didn't mean to lie to you. I didn't know I was lying. I started to see the writing on the wall with this credit card thing they were doing. They would determine how mitch money you had available to charge and encourage you to max out the card with our fees. From there we would go thorough a process to default on the credit cards but then go back and dispute the validity of the debt. Of course many credit card companies couldn't provide the necessary documents within the given time-frame and the credit card debt would "magically" go away. We basically ruined your credit them paid to clear your credit from shady companies. I couldn't handle it. I left faster than I could say your honor, I plead not guilty. I think Kevin got the company in a lot of debt after buying all kinds of stuff like a boat and a motorcycle that supposedly was used for client services. I've done heard that they dissolved timeshare advocacy specifically because they couldn't keep up with the lies they told their customer. Do not use Castle law group.
