The last time you sent any correspondence was back in July. I called for my parents to find out what is going on and why it was taking so long and I was told that the contract runs out in a year, however, if my parents still wish for your company to work on their behalf that you would. All I want is for your company to get them out of their timeshare or give them back their $4295. My parents are both in their 70's and cannot even travel to Florida to use their timeshare any longer. You send a group of your people all over setting up seminars to hook people with your promise to get them out of their timeshare contracts. They paid you a lot of money and nothing has gotten done.
