Re: Anyone hae experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by Sean R.):

Stay away from these folks. I'm starting to think that Castle Law is in cahoots with the timeshare companies. I've was told they had a great relationship with Marriott and it could take 6 months to a year. They also said they could take them to court if they did not cooperate. I gave them my questionnaire within a day and waited. I called the first paralegal a couple months later looking for an update, finally getting her after multiple days of calls. "We are waiting". Ok. A few months later I call to find that person is no longer there, get the person who took over and she says they never received my questionnaire. So I forward the original to her. A couple of demand letters go out and three months later I get a call saying they are willing to do "a deed in Lou of foreclosure". This is unacceptable especially based on what I was told when I signed up. This solution is not good for me, but good for them because they got paid and good for Marriott because I'm sure they write it off some how and not to mention the points system is not tying up any actual property.
