Anyone have experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by Cyndi M.):

Yes, I gave this law firm $3,250 on January 14, 2016, and signed an electronic agreement for full refund if they could not get me of my timeshare after 12 months. Now that the 12 months have past, I have not heard any thing from this company. No emails are working and no one is returning my calls. I now need to find an attorney to file suit against Castle Law Firm to retrieve the funds paid. They do not live up to their money back guarantee. You ask you to not use your timeshare and not to speak to them but they have done nothing to get me out, nor have they sent me any documentation to proof that they tried. Worst of all, they do not respond to my calls for a status or my money back guarantee. Please stay away. Its a scam.

We are trying to divest ourselves of our timeshare and called a group whose advertising we saw while in Branson, MO. They advertised as Timeshare Advocacy. We contacted them and they are Castle Law Group PC based in Tennessee. They ask if you have been lied to by anybody when you were sold the timeshare or subsequently and told us the steps needed to legally get out of this contract for good. Of course, their fee is $3,000 and we've been burned paying an upfront fee before. But, I am tempted as they are now offering a money back guarantee if they don't get you out of your contract. Id love to know if anyone has had success with them.
