I'm doubtful that you would be able to find an attorney willing to take this matter on. For starters, how many people could realistically even be successfully identified and organized into an an eligible "class"? Does anyone even know whether "Castle Law Group PC" is even a "law firm" at all in the first place? Just because they label themselves as such doesn't necessarily make it so.
However.....if enough people filed individual, formal, detailed complaints about this "Castle Law Group" operation directly with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, you might (...emphasis on MIGHT) then be able to get the AG's attention and get some spotlight shining very brightly upon this scam operation. Whether or not any such AG attention and involvement would actually result in later recovery of any money, I honestly have no idea. I have never seen a "Castle Law Group" contract, terms or content and I know nothing about Tennessee laws. In any event, It wouldn't cost you anything more than some time, some writing effort and maybe some postage to try to get the attention of the TN AG on this matter.
