Anyone have experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by KC):

To repeat, there is virtually NO chance of a "class action" suit, for reasons already clearly specified above. No attorney would want to take this on, particularly with so few people able to be found and organized to constitute a "class" in the first place. You frankly have all the information you need to take action individually and independently and entirely on your own, provided in detail in a post above. No one is going to just magically appear to take you by the hand; that ain't gonna happen. Initiate action yourself and file your own formal complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General if you have fallen victim to this scheme.

There is a saying that "God helps those who help themselves". It's true and it's applicable in this matter. Help yourself --- the simple and straightforward truth is that no one else is going to assist you until and unless you make the effort to initiate some action YOURSELF.

let me know if you decide to take the steps to file suite - these organizations must not only be stopped but must return funds that were scammed

There are so many of us that have been scammed by this law firm. Is it possible for us to get together and file a class action suit against the firm to recover our monies and any other damages? I would be interested in getting some sort of recovery from this firm.
