Have you initiated YOUR OWN individual, formal complaint DIRECTLY with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, utilizing the detailed contact information that has already provided in a previous post within this thread? Of what possible use or value would having "conference calls" and private email exchanges be to anyone anyhow?
It is certainly an individual right and prerogative to have useless email communications with other dissatisfied "customers", but I respectfully submit that doing so is a waste of time and effort and will not actually yield any productive results. Further, I am frankly dubious about YOUR actual intentions here. Why would you (or anyone else) not just attempt to engage and utilize the considerable legal clout and influence of the TN Attorney General's Office? What have you got to lose if your money is ALREADY gone and efforts to get it refunded have been completely unproductive? Again, the course of action that someone pursues is entirely their own choice to make, but driving in the completely wrong direction seldom results in successfully arriving at the intended destination.
