Be careful of people wanting you to contact them by email or steer you to a website. The scammers lure you to a website or email address by posing as victims and then they claim that they can help you out. They isolate their victims by steering them out of the public forum where they can spring their trap.

NEVER contact anyone you don't know by email that they want you to go to. They then phish for your personal information or try to get you to fall for their scam.

NEVER go to a website that they steer you to. They can hack into your computer or steal your identity.

BEWARE of anyone posting email or website information in the forums.

Good advice, but I will state unequivocally that all of the email, phone, web site and complaint form information that I previously provided in this thread for the Tennessee Attorney General's Office is completely valid (and easily verifiable) PUBLIC information.

A phone call directly to the TN AG Office at the number provided can / would easily verify that everything I posted is completely legitimate and entirely accurate. "Trust but verify" is always a good, safe and wise practice. I once worked with a prosecutor who had a plaque on the wall in his office that said, in very large calligraphy letters "In God We Trust" . Below that, but in much smaller print, appeared the words..."all others we investigate".
