It's ok.
I also send a email to PROFECO, you can do that as well, it's free. And that is an entity that protect costumers against mal practices of business, and regulates business in MEXICO, that it's free. I don't know when they are going to respond my email, or call me back.
what is the point of this forums any way?, complain only...? or anybody found a solutions before?

With all due respect, your problem and your complaint is clearly (and ONLY) with some unidentified timeshare resort or transaction in Cancun, MEXICO. Accordingly, the ONLY assistance you are going to receive (likely none at all) is also IN MEXICO. No attorney anywhere in the U.S.A. is going to take any interest whatsoever in your timeshare issue in MEXICO, so what exactly is your objective in trying to solicit people to contact you privately, outside of the RedWeek forums, about your Mexican timeshare issue?
If your unspecified problem or complaint (whatever it may be) is legitimate, then PROFECO in MEXICO may help you (not likely). Otherwise, you are wasting your time trying to solicit private contacts from people here in the RedWeek forums when your problem and your solution (if any solution even exists at all) is clearly and only IN MEXICO!
Timeshare salespeople in Mexico have been lying to people for years, successfully getting away with it, completely unimpeded, every single day for many years now. Whatever sorry excuse for a "legal system" exists in Mexico, it is one that is highly unlikely to be of ANY particular help or benefit to you. Good luck just the same.
