Sound advice, but I'm not convinced that the "Castle Law Group" consists of (or has any) actual licensed attorneys at all in the first place. If not, reporting non-attorneys to the TN Bar Association would be just a pointless exercise in futility. Filing a formal complaint with TN AG office would still be appropriate however and I previously provided complete, detailed contact information for the TN AG office and the complaint process within this thread.
In 30+ years of association with timeshares, I have NEVER ONCE heard or read of even a single satisfactory or productive experience with "Castle Law Group". Not once, not ever. You can draw your own conclusions from that particular personal observation.
