He promised that he answered every email he is a liar ... I emailed him we had numerous problems and he's just really a POS !
I'm not disagreeing with or questioning your assessment of Cloobeck. But just bear in mind that the episode in question originally aired a few years ago. Secondly, Cloobeck is no longer the head honcho at Diamond.
