Wow Im surprised at all these bad reviews since at the beginning I was also very skeptical since it took me a year to finally get my 3 weeks rented. The latitude people actually called me to advise me to upgrade my service in order to see some results instead of waiting longer, so I did upgrade my rental service. At the end of the day like they explained to me that there is a lot of competition out there and patience will pay off at the end. I still have 22 weeks left in my contract but I am no longer skeptical since they at least got 3 weeks rented for me. What I would recommend you to do is to actually talk to them to find a solution.
