Im not trying to take part of any sides but it looks like Hellen is taking this too personal. After reviewing previous comments, it is not recommended to get assistance from charity places since it can lead to a trap of someone accessing our personal information. I believe that her particular case is different than mine and in my case dealing with them directly made a big difference. Hellen I recommend you to talk to them and work something out instead of just wasting your time and everyone else with your negativity. From what it seem, instead of trying to help people you are just trying to create a caos for your own personal interest. Im telling you it was as simple as talking to them and working things out.
