My husband and I have the exact same story. We entered into contract in November 2016 with Kystal in the exact same manner for the exact same reasons and they verbally contracted with us for the exact same things. Please share with me any steps you have taken to void and cancel the contract. I would be happy to work with you to file a class action lawsuit as well. Any help is MUCH appreciated.
