I do not understand how you could call this personal matter, first We called them and of course they wont help us. They said if you did not cancel within 5 days then there is nothing they could do. Second, if we get together and try to get them in court then we all will win, not only me, and it is not only my idea to take them to court, it is a group of more than 40 families for now, so NO this is not personal, if you do not want to get involve it is ok, maybe you had the chance to get your money back if you did cancel within 5 days, but all of us did not. But you need to investigate more, they have been scamming families for more than 10 years, so this is not Ok, I am sorry we truly believed what they said and offered no expecting a big corporation like this will play this kind of game.
